Core Values

Knowing your core values seems like a simple task but its a bit hard to identify them some times. Core values are our base, the things we build everything up around so sometimes all of the little things around them, ‘the noise’ as its sometimes called, can drown out whats really important to us.

Going into the new year and the new decade is the perfect time to reconnect to your core values and what you want to take with you. Identifying these values can take a while if you have never put them into words sometimes. But it is something that can move you forward in your goals. It helps you prioritize the things that you need to do in your life.

After thats done pick three ways you want to improve them or move them forward in your life. Use these instead of making “Resolutions.” this year. Every action that you take, should move you more towards these goals. They should be in the forefront of your mind with everything that you do.

Put them on post it notes on your mirror or in your planner so that they are always in the forefront of your mind.

Feel free to out whatever you came up with here. I would love to see what you did with it!
