When To Wash Everything

We’ve all heard peoples different times and how often you should wash everything (Some a bit more disgusting and concerning than others).  Here is a list of everything you need to wash and when.

Every Wear: 

  • Tights
  • Shirts
  • Blouses

Every Day: 

  • Hand Towels
  • Dish Towels
  • Wash Cloths

Every 3 Wears: 

  • Pajamas
  • Slips, Bras, camis
  • Dresses
  • Skirts
  • Sweaters
  • Jeans
  • Dress Pants
  • Bath Towels

Every Week: 

  • Sheets
  • Pillow Cases
  • Bath Mats

Every Month:

  • Bathrobe
  • Mattress pad
  • Pillow liners

Every Three Months:

  • Shower Curtains
  • Throw blankets
  • Throw rugs
  • Outerwear

Every Six Months:

  • Comforter
  • Pillows

Make sure that you find a wash soap that really works for you.  It makes a huge difference and can have a huge impact on your skin and what it absorbs.  I prefer an all natural soap and an activewear soap for my running clothes that is specially formulated for wicking clothes.
